Since Richard Walkom founded the company in 1961, our primary operating principle has been to deliver professional, quality real estate services. Through such practices we have built a reputation of integrity and trust. In line with the 1985 merger with Linehans Real Estate, our name changed to Richard Walkom Linehans Real Estate Pty Ltd, then again in 1990 upon joining the First National Group, to Walkom Linehans First National. Today, operating out of premises at 443 - 449 Hunter Street Newcastle, we maintain our operating principle through a full time staff of 26 experienced professionals headed by Sonia Walkom and Scott Walkom.
