Scott's qualifications include a Associate member of the CPA Australia (ASA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Newcastle University, Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) also from Newcastle University.

Sonia has been providing excellent customer service and sales results for her clients for over thirty years. She specialises in large residential properties in inner city Newcastle where she lives and has a reputation for achieving excellent prices for her clients while ensuring all their needs are meet.

REI Accredited Licensed Real Estate Agent, Sonia specialises in residential sales and auctions of executive residences and apartment project marketing. Sonia has over 30 years experience in real estate and 90 per cent of her business comes from referrals. Most recently Sonia has been involved with the marketing of the Essington, Seashells, Linwood, Newcomen Apartments and Newport developments.

Greg has been specialising in selling real estate in inner city Newcastle for the last 25 years where he has lived and worked. Greg has terrific local knowledge and a dedication to providing quality service.

Highly experienced in all facets of the industry, Greg joined the company in 1977 and is particularly active in residential and apartment project marketing. Over the past twelve months Greg has enjoyed considerable success with the marketing of The Menkens and Essington Apartments. Greg is also a highly successful Auctioneer.

Kate a licensed real estate agent, began her real estate career in 1992. Kate has a passion for inner city property having bought in Cooks Hill. She works hard for her clients and provides excellent knowledge of the local market.

A valuable addition to the team, Kate joined Walkom Linehans in 1994. Since that time Kate has successfully specialised in residential houses, apartments and townhouses.

Graeme began working in insurance gaining 10 years underwriting & claims experience with QBE. He commenced in real estate in 1982 and has had extensive experience in selling land subdivisions, developing & selling unit & townhouse projects. Graeme has assisted clients with their properties in all areas of Newcastle including Cooks Hill, The Junction, Merewether and Hamilton South. Graeme has eighteen years of local real estate experience and is ready to assist you.

Danny, a licensed real estate agent has been in the real estate industry since 1974 and is experienced in all facets of real estate. He has lived and worked in the Newcastle area for 50 years and has an intimate knowledge of the inner city real estate market.

Susan is a REI Accredited Property Manager involved in the Real Estate Industry for over 12 years and has been privileged to receive a New South Wales Real Estate Institute Award for Excellence in Property Management.

Susan is dedicated to the profession of Property Management and has a passion towards raising the industry standard. Susan is a member of the New South Wales Property Management Chapter and participates in Property Management Forums as a panelist passing on her extensive experience and knowledge to up and coming young property managers throughout the region. Susan believes that you can never stop learning and continues to involve herself in many relevant Training opportunities and Conferences.

I have worked with Walkom Linehans since 2001 as a Property Manager, and having worked in various sections of the real estate industry over the last 30 years starting in Reception.
I was raised in Newcastle and have lived her all my life.

In 2010 Sam celebrates 21 years in real estate, with the majority of those specializing in property management. After obtaining her real estate license in 1991, Sam worked and gained experience in the Sydney, the Central Coast & Lake Macquarie areas. A move north 12 years ago saw Sam setting up the property management department of a leading Lake Macquarie agency, before taking senior property manager roles with Newcastle agencies. With a short stint in Strata management also under her belt, Sam brings an extensive working knowledge of residential tenancies law and practice. There isn’t much she hasn’t seen in property management, but with a philosophy of paying attention to detail and just getting the job done, Sam’s a valuable asset to clients.


Outside of work, Sam enjoys yoga & meditation, music & walking, she is an avid reader, loves spending time renovating her home and overhauling her garden, entertaining friends at home and spending time with her two very spoilt cats.

Shannen started her Real Estate career in 1997 her commitment is to provide a personalised service with the highest standard of Professionalism. Her career has developed throughout the Maitland and Newcastle area

Shannen has completed a Certificate IV in Business (Real Estate) and is completing a Diploma in Management. She regularly attends Training Courses to keep up to date with the changing and complex Legalisation.

Shannen is well trained in providing a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
