kathie.bowtell@walkom.com.au

Kathie was forging a successful career in sales and marketing in Sydney when family commitments drew her to Newcastle in 2004. She found the process of finding a new home very frustrating and time consuming.
“I just wished I had a local friend in real estate that could have helped make the process easier,” says Kathie. “That experience combined with a love of my new hometown prompted my career change to real estate. My unique perspective gives me an empathy with buyers new to the area and helps me find their new home. I just love it that many clients now think of me as their friend in real estate.”
“For me, it’s more about the people than the property,” says Kathie. “I work just as hard for owners of a one-bedroom unit as I do for a multi-million dollar mansion.”
It’s this special mix of old-fashioned service with a fierce commitment to client satisfaction that has helped Kathie sell more than $50 million of property in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Port Stephens regions. Call Kathie today and put her to work on selling your most valuable asset, your home.

A natural leader with exceptional people skills, Thomas developed a reputation for forming strong client relationships and mending broken ones.

“I work hard at winning people over, taking their investment under my wing and protecting it, making sure to under promise and over deliver,” says Thomas.

“My role is as much about client relations as property management, and I have the well-oiled machine that is the entire Walkom Property Management team to back me up behind the scenes.”

Walkom immediately recognised Thomas’ talent and strong work ethic and our clients are already appreciating our good judgement.
