He works hard at fostering a professional, dynamic and stable work environment for his team, and the quality of his staff reflects this astute management. 

Technology has empowered both buyer and seller in today’s property market, and Scott harnesses every tool at his disposal, from Facebook to YouTube, to ensure Walkom’s customers are getting an advantage. 

Scott volunteers his time and experience and donates to assist the community in his roles the following organisations:

HMRI : as a Board member of the Hunter Medical Research Institute and also Chairman of its Foundation.  As a donor to assist research into indigenous health with his wife Gwendalyn.

Country Kids Health : As a donor via the annual bike ride, for Royal Far West – Children’s health, country wide.
