AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY URGENT REPAIRS INFORMATION
Following is a list of contact numbers to call should an emergency occur out of Walkom Real Estate’s office hours.
Our office number will divert after normal business hours to an answering service, please request an ’emergency repair’ to the operator and they will message our team.
If you need to contact a staff member more directly after hours for an
Emergency please TEXT to 0474-748-991 (Please advise full details, address, repair, tenants name)
Please call your Property Manager at Walkom Real Estate on 4974 8900 on the next working day to advise of what the emergency was, who was contacted and whether or not the repair has been completed.
If you contact the tradesperson directly please call them to discuss your repair (not text).
