Easing of restrictions RE Covid-19 : the State Government’s decision to remove some of the restrictions imposed on agents when showing and auctioning properties but warn there is no place for complacency, with community safety and social distancing remaining an ongoing priority
The team at Walkom Real Estate will be working with the key NSW health guidelines including:
- Ensure physical distancing of greater than 1.5m is maintained;
- Promote good hygiene on premises and at auctions including using hand sanitiser;
- Use digital platforms where possible to discourage physical contact;
- Agents will keep detailed contact records of people attending open homes and auctions;
- Ensure people with any symptoms of illness do not attend a property;
- Agents will manage the number of people entering small spaces;
- Extended some times for open house viewings and inspections;
- Use outdoor venues for auctions wherever possible; and
- If auctions are held indoors, use large venues where physical distancing between household groups of one person per 4m2 equivalent is possible.
